As a graduate student assisting with the program, I had the privilege of observing Mr. Randall’s session in the Engineering Scholars Program 2024 at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which was truly exceptional.

Mr. Randall’s presentation was not only informative but also highly engaging. He was well prepared for the session and contents were really engaging. Specially his plays with numbers were super intuitive and the students really liked those. I strongly believe that his sessions inspired the students to take interest in math, he displayed how a subject like mathematics can be turned into fun subject.

The feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive. Many students expressed how much they enjoyed the session and appreciated Mr. Randall’s approachable teaching style.

Mr. Randall demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He was patient, approachable, and always willing to answer questions, ensuring that every student felt included and supported.
